Experience with consulting delivery, SaaS delivery models, leading PMOs, and P&L responsibility for global teams of over 300 Project Managers and Staff. Hands-on experience of managing large-scale technical projects for Fortune 500 companies and Public Sector.
I am a life-long learner building UX experience, particularly around research and interaction. I believe UX frameworks and approaches offer a compliment to my experience working with organizations implementing technical solutions with the end users in mind. After all, organizations are a collection of individual end users. And if the users have a good experience with a technical change, then the greatest threat to change, resistance, decrease greatly.
I've been a big four consultant, IT PMO and Governance Director, a founder and exec for start-ups, and salesperson for technical solutions. I recognize three common themes to my work:
1. Work with new technologies and solutions.
2. Lead teams with trust to create innovative and practical solutions to reach objectives and address challenges
3. Always consider how design decisions will influence adoption of the implemented solutions.

Travel Blog
Since the COVID pandemic started, and shutting down my family's travel, we started traveling again. This website devoted to post-COVID family travel. Goal is to engage a community of like-minded families around travel. (coming soon)

Drawing
Re-engaging my creative side by learning and doing more drawing. Particularly enjoying continuous line drawing and watercolors
